Clients' needing assistance can contact us via telephone, fax, email, in writing or visit our office. The client speaks with a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate, who then assists them with their issues or concerns.  After obtaining the necessary background information,  the C.O.A.C.H.  Advocate researches and resolves the inquiry and responds back to the client.

What are the typical issues that a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate usually handles?

Our C.O.A.C.H Advocates serve as a liaison for clients with healthcare providers, insurance plans and other health related resources. We offer a broad range of services and can address many  medical questions and issues; including providing assistance, finding primary care and specialist physicians and medical institutions; and resolving claims, billing and related administrative problems. C.O.A.C.H. Advocates also helps clients' access community resources, including senior care services that fall outside traditional healthcare coverage.

Our goal is to maximize each  healthcare experience without hassles, frustrations and confusion they so often experience.

Is C.O.A.C.H. Consulting & Wellness Services, LLC available 24-hours a day?

Yes. You can call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. During normal business hours Monday - Thursday 8am-7pm and Friday 8am-3pm Eastern Time you can call the office and speak to a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate directly. If one is not available please leave a message and one will return your call as soon as possible.  You can even call after hours and during weekends by just leaving a message for a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate. 

Can any member of my family call C.O.A.C.H. Consulting & Wellness Services, LLC?

Yes. All authorized or eligible family members are allowed to call directly for service. In addition to the client, family members who are covered and can use the service include a spouse, dependent child(ren), parents and parents-in-law.

Who should sign the Authorization on behalf of a minor child?

Depending on the child's age and state laws, a minor child may be permitted to sign the C.O.A.C.H. Advocate release form.  In other circumstances, the child's parents, or legal guardian, are permitted to sign the authorization. This authorization gives C.O.A.C.H. Consulting & Wellness Services, LLC permission to work on behalf of the child and gain access to medical information.

I don't carry my medical coverage through my job. Will a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate still help me and my family?

Yes. It does not matter what type of health insurance coverage you or an eligible family
member has. You can still use all of the available services we offer.

Can I call a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate to locate senior services for one of my parents?

Yes. One of our C.O.A.C.H. Advocates will work with you to assist you and your parents in locating necessary services.

I have a chronic medical problem. How can you help me get the best treatment without going from one provider to the next?

All you need to do is call us for assistance. We obtain all necessary information in order to fully understand the nature of the problem. After we have researched your information, we will work with you to find the best doctors and other medical providers to help you.

My doctor has recommended a new treatment plan that I am very nervous about. Can I call a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate to help me find another provider to speak with about my situation?

Yes. All you need to do is to call us and explain the situation to us. A C.O.A.C.H. Advocate will review your need and help you find another qualified provider who specializes in your condition for a second opinion.

How do I find resources available to my elderly mother in the community that are free? 

Simply call a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate. Our service can provide assistance to help you find the
information you need. We can also help to find and arrange community based services for your parents. Often, many of these services are provided at little or no cost through government and/or community organizations.

Will a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate provide assistance for my mother if she needs to use your services?

Yes. Your parents and parents-in-law are eligible to use our services.

What criteria does C.O.A.C.H. Consulting & Wellness Services, LLC use when making suggestions to a client?

C.O.A.C.H. Advocate's will carefully review and researche available options, depending on each situation. We may contact local, statewide or national providers to assist with giving the best advice and/or options available to you. 

What should I do if I get a bill from a doctor that I think my insurance should have paid?

Simply call a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate.  If you receive a bill that you believe has not been processed correctly, we will review the bill for you and work to resolve any discrepancies. If necessary, we will contact the healthcare provider and/or your insurance company to attempt to correct any errors.

Does C.O.A.C.H. Consulting & Wellness Services, LLC provide assistance with dental issues?

Yes. We provide assistance with dental issues.

When I visit my doctor, I do not understand and often get confused by all the medical terms. Can you help me to better understand what my doctor was trying to tell me?

Yes. A C.O.A.C.H. Advocate may be able to help you better understand your condition. We will take the time to call your provider's office to get a complete update about what you were
told.  We can also arrange another time for you to speak with your doctor or call you back and explain in simple terms, the status of your medical situation.
