· Treatment options and medications
· Managing bills
· Filing claims & appeals
· Understanding explanation of benefits
· Understanding benefits available by insurance carrier(s) 

You are welcome to contact a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate to simply discuss your situation. Tell us your issues, concerns, complaints or compliments. We want to hear from you. This can be done by:

  • Telephone
  • Fax
  • In writing, by letter or email
  • By appointment
  • Office

Upon meeting with a C.O.A.C.H. Advocate suggestions will be made regarding what can be done to address your issues or concerns. No action will be taken unless requested by the:

  • Client 
  • Family on the client's behalf (if the patient is unable to make the request)

Confidentiality is highly respected and maintained. The focus is on the best interest of the patient.

A C.O.A.C.H. Advocate can also provide:

  • Information about hospital policies and procedures
  • Information concerning the client's rights and responsibilities
  • A way for you to voice issues, complaints or concerns
  • An explanation as to how we will respond to your concerns or complaint.
  • Action on your behalf to review complaints, concerns, inquiries, or needs
  • Arrangements for a meeting if required to address your concern with the appropriate providers or facilities
